Tickets to ride can be purchased in advance online or in person. I highly recommend booking in advance, especially in peak foliage season. Better safe than sorry!

Best Hiking Elopement: Stowe Pinnacle – Stowe, Vermont
You want something outdoorsy, fun, and totally free? This is for you:
Stowe really does have it all, great hiking is no exception. Stowe Pinnacle is a beautiful hike that can be done year-round, weather permitting.

Though this hike is not incredibly long, it does have a magnificent payoff, even when the views are clouded by snowfall, the atmosphere is magical.
Expect a round trip of about 4 miles all in, it’s important to be prepared with water and make sure you can comfortably carry all that you need with you.
For winter hikes, bring warm layers, crampons, a bottle of bubbly, and your bouquet!
Wrap up your day in town at a cozy restaurant or check out one of the many breweries.
